It’s noon on a Tuesday, there’s no traffic. Also, the damage to the F-150 doesn’t match the 15 mph speed limit.
I’m pretty sure the frame on the Ranger is bent as the near fender doesn’t fit anymore.

Are you driving a mustang? How did you resist not just taking everyone out?
Okay, now that’s out of that way, looks like dude has done goofed a little faster than 15 mph that’s for sure!

Only the Mustang needs a crowd for a senseless crash.

Given that the crash happened outside the travel lane, I’m guessing at least one of those two was cutting through the parking spaces.

Riding in my sister’s Mustang. It’s a V6 automatic, so its thirst for blood is pretty tame.

Because when the lot is empty you are less careful? The opposite of driving slower when it is raining.

Because: the land of race car yaya’s. The land where you can’t change lanes. The land where large, fuzzy dice still hang proudly like testicles from rear-view mirrors.

This is on the ring road around the perimeter of the parking lot. Ranger is pulling out of the parking lot onto the ring road.

Sister’s Mustang, I hate the dice and that stupid glitter star stuck to the dash.

Haha no worries. I like the dice. I also like the band Cake; which is what I typed out.

I love CAKE, I’m disappointed in myself for missing the reference.

That may be the worst ad series ever.

Good guess, though. I see that sort of thing all too often.

Mall cop may not be the hero we want, but she’s the mediocrity we deserve.

It can be done. I’m assuming that at least here both vehicles were moving. A friend of mine crashed into a lone light pole in the middle of a completely empty parking lot at night. That I will never understand.

Ah. Hard to tell from the photo. I’m usually following the blue arrow while dodging the dumbass following the red.
I figured that’s what happened in your photo - except that they forgot to miss.

The answer to your question clearly is Pokemon Go.
